Matchawalla is a brand of Blend Coffee Sdn Bhd (Registration no. 202101001499), 43, Jalan 9/2 Taman IKS, Seksyen 9, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. We handle your personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history, and any messages you send us. We also collect basic website data like your IP address, device type, and the pages you visit.
We don't store your card details. Payments are handled by Chip In Malaysia.
Why we collect it To process and deliver your order, send you updates and receipts, handle returns and enquiries, prevent fraud, keep tax records, improve our products and site, and send marketing emails if you've opted in.
We can't fulfil an order without your name, contact details, and address.
Who we share it with Only the companies that help us run the store: our website platform, payment gateway, DHL eCommerce, our email and analytics tools, and our accountants. We share with authorities where the law requires it.
We never sell your data.
Where it goes Some of our providers store data outside Malaysia. We only use providers that offer protection at least equivalent to the PDPA.
How long we keep it Order records for 7 years, as tax law requires. Marketing subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Everything else, only as long as we need it.
