Shipping Policy

We ship within Malaysia only, via DHL eCommerce.

Processing Orders are packed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day usually go out the same day. Otherwise, allow 1–2 business days.

Delivery times and rates

• Peninsular Malaysia — 1–3 working days — RM10
• Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan — 3–7 working days — RM15
• Free shipping on orders over RM 80

Times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Expect delays during festive seasons and bad weather.

Tracking You'll get a DHL tracking number by email once your parcel is collected. The first scan can take 24–48 hours to appear, and DHL only logs major milestones, so gaps in tracking are normal.

Address We need a full street address and a valid mobile number. DHL doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes or FELDA areas.

Missed deliveries If nobody's home, DHL will reattempt or hold your parcel at a ServicePoint. Unclaimed parcels come back to us and are refunded less shipping.

Something wrong? Damaged parcel — email us within 7 days with photos. Nothing arrived 10 days past the estimate — email us and we'll trace it with DHL. Please come to us rather than DHL directly; we're the account holder, so only we can file a claim.
